Ezequiel H. Vetulli
Partner

Ezequiel has over a decade of experience in international arbitration, with a strong focus on Latin America, and has represented clients in high-profile disputes exceeding US$ 10 billion. He has acted in arbitrations under the ICC, ICDR, ICSID/AF, and UNCITRAL rules, spanning multiple jurisdictions and industries, including oil and gas, electricity, telecommunications, infrastructure, and construction. He handles cases in English and Spanish.

He spent most of his career practicing at Freshfields in London and New York. His prior experience includes work at a GAR 100-ranked law firm, service in a commercial court, and an in-house counsel role at a multinational company—giving him a uniquely well-rounded perspective on complex disputes.

Ezequiel also maintains a strong academic background through various initiatives, and over a dozen publications in international journals and book chapters.

He is the co-founder of the Cross Examination Moot, the first ever competition on cross examination and quantum, held annually at Sciences Po in Paris, which was awarded the GAR Best Development Award.
He regularly speaks at conferences and holds leadership positions at several professional organizations.

Ezequiel is licensed as a lawyer in Argentina, and as a Foreign Legal Consultant in New York.

Education

Ezequiel obtained his law degree from the University of Buenos Aires, where he also achieved a postgraduate degree in oil and gas. He holds an LL.M. from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, with honors (thesis  supervised by Gabrielle Kaufmann-Kohler).

He has further studied at The Hague Academy of International Law, and the Paris Arbitration Academy.
