Our partner Ezequiel H. Vetulli has co-authored a book chapter with D. P. Fernández Arroyo and F. Amallo, titled “The Legitimacy of Private-Public Arbitration in Argentina and Its Slight, but Yet Strong Differences with Private-Private Arbitration”. The chapter explores the framework for private-public arbitration in Argentina and highlights the evolving role of arbitration as a governance tool in public-private relations. It is part of the book “The Comparative Constitutional Foundations of Private-Public Arbitration”, edited by Stephan W. Schill and published by Oxford University Press.
