Partner Ezequiel H. Vetulli co-authored a chapter in Arbitraje de Energías Renovables en América Latina, a collective work published by the Energy and Natural Resources Committee of the Latin American Arbitration Association (ALARB). His chapter, “El Tratado sobre la Carta de la Energía: orígenes, características y desafíos,” written together with Diego Durán de la Vega and Lennart Vazzoler, examines the origins, key features, and challenges of the Energy Charter Treaty and its role in energy-transition disputes.
